AI Bias Audit

Transparency and accountability are important when AI is used in hiring. CareerPlug commissioned an independent bias audit of our AI-Generated Applicant Summary feature using the analytical framework of New York City's Local Law 144. The audit evaluates the feature's outcomes across sex, race/ethnicity, and intersectional categories using CareerPlug applicant data from January 2025 through March 2026.
