How often are Pulse Survey reminders sent out?

Pulse reminders are sent once per week on the designated day and time set by the account admin.

Who can see employee feedback?

Employee feedback can be seen by the employee’s direct manager and account admins.

What are the Pulse questions?

Pulse surveys use a 6-point Likert scale (intentionally without a true neutral option). There are 30 questions in total, designed to measure engagement, onboarding, alignment, and team experience.


Examples include:

  • My onboarding process was successful.

  • I have the tools and equipment needed to do my job.
