CareerPlug made the decision to be a Remote First company, forever, in the summer of 2020 after working remotely for months due to COVID-19. We know the heart of our business is wherever our employees work — from our space in Austin to a home office on Lake Michigan, to an outfitted van exploring the American West (true story!). CareerPlug has given me the opportunity to grow as a professional in a nurturing and employee-driven environment. After starting in an entry level role, I now manage our Client Services team and am looking forward to continuing to grow as a leader. Client Support Internship
Client Support interns offer their own expertise in an effort to aid our Client Support team. These interns review technical challenges, assist with client troubleshooting, and promote clear communication regarding software development between our team and our clients. This internship is one of the most technical and gives our interns the chance to play a critical role in supporting our software.
Sales interns take on a comprehensive marketing based approach while supporting our Sales team. These interns conduct market outreach, research on key competitors, and assist in building email campaigns. We encourage our sales interns to work directly with their sales team members in order to gain invaluable knowledge about the sales and market development process.
Marketing interns are front and center to our growing and highly productive marketing team. This internship helps to maintain our automation software, research and develop valuable marketing content, assist with market research, contribute to our social media channels, and a variety of other projects as needed. The internship is great opportunity to learn about marketing in a growing SaaS business.
