Candidates are able to explore the opportunity on their own time and, if it is a good fit for them, submit a brief application that is forwarded directly to the appropriate recruiter or hiring manager.

The recruiting campaigns are tailored to an individual employer’s needs and develop through four stages: Target, Invite, Recruit, Evaluate.
